Outline

I did more research this past week and formulated an outline for my business plan. Next step is to begin typing up the various parts and putting the business plan together.

Current Progress

This week, I am continuing some more research. I've also met with Kevin and got more clarity as to the direction of my project.

Action Items:
- Determine necessary parts to Business Plan

- Answer these four questions:
- What service or product does your business provide and what needs does it fill?
- Who are the potential customers for your product or service and why will they purchase it from you?
- How will you reach your potential customers?
- Where will you get the financial resources to start your business.

- Create outline and update Kevin

First Post

My senior project has been approved since Winter 2007. Due to some obstacles I am just beginning to pick up pace of the project. I have spoken to Kevin, and plan to finish this project by June 2007.

I have looked at some business plan programs, websites, and books. I think I will use a combination of them as my guide to putting this plan together. I've also begun some research into the industry.
